WinCondition helps merchants manage conditional promotions, administer rewards and track campaign results.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for accurate campaign information, lawful promotion rules, eligibility requirements, customer notices and any required consent.

Reward notifications depend on the merchant’s configured Shopify Flow workflows and communication providers.

Data handling

We process merchant and customer information to provide these services as described in our privacy policy, including our service providers, retention practices and deletion process. Access is restricted to authorized users.

Merchants should upload only business documents needed for their campaigns, without customer lists, identity documents or payment credentials.

Support and ending use

Merchants can uninstall the app to disconnect it from Shopify. Uninstalling does not end outstanding campaign obligations. Data deletion follows the process described in our privacy policy.

We cooperate with merchants on privacy requests and security incidents affecting their information.
