WinCondition privacy policy

WinCondition processes information to operate merchant promotions, administer rewards and report campaign performance.

Information we use

We use store, customer and order identifiers, purchase and product details, discount codes, order adjustments and reward transactions to determine eligibility and manage rewards. We also store campaign settings and supporting business documents.

We do not request or retain Shopify customer names, email addresses, phone numbers or addresses. Merchant and staff account information may be stored to authenticate access to the app.

Cash reward claimants provide their name, email address and phone number directly. We use these details to arrange payment and respond to payment questions.

Service providers and sharing

We use Shopify for store integrations and Railway for application hosting and PostgreSQL database storage. Reward notifications use Shopify Flow and communication providers selected by the merchant. These providers process the information needed to deliver their services. Campaign information may also be shared with providers supporting coverage and result verification.

We do not sell customer data or use it for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Customer-linked records become eligible for removal 180 days after we record that all related campaign and reward obligations are complete. Orders that never qualify become eligible after the same period without updates. Eligible personal information is removed through retention maintenance; non-identifying financial records may remain.

We process customer data requests and deletion requests received through Shopify. Uninstalling disconnects the app; Shopify’s subsequent store-deletion request removes the store’s app records. You can also contact us about access, correction or deletion of your information.

Security and contact

We use encrypted connections and access controls to protect information and restrict access to authorized users.
